I acknowledge that I originally requested a single retail car wash, which Sparkle Express has fully performed and earned revenue for upon my visit today. As an alternative to paying the full retail price today, I have chosen to enroll in a membership, and in exchange, Sparkle Express has provided me with a one-time promotional adjustment that reduces my initial payment today.

This promotional adjustment does not alter the fact that Sparkle Express has performed and earned the full retail service. Instead, it represents a marketing incentive to encourage membership enrollment. I understand that my future monthly membership payments will be at the standard rate unless canceled.

Membership rates may be adjusted with 30 days’ advance notice, and changes will apply automatically unless I cancel.

Membership Benefits & Service Terms

I understand that my membership entitles me to unlimited washes (one per day) and additional benefits outlined in Sparkle Express’s terms.

Any misuse of my FastPass tag, including sharing or using it for a different vehicle, may result in immediate termination and an additional charge for the month.

I understand that I am washing my vehicle at my own risk, and Sparkle Express is not responsible for aftermarket modifications or damages.
